Women in Business Alliance

The Women in Business Alliance (WIBA) serves to provide women business professionals with resources and activities that fostered development and growth in the business community.

The WIBA Committee meets the first Thursday of the month at 9 a.m. at the Chamber Offices. This is an open committee for active Chamber members who are eager to strengthen the voice of businesswomen of all ages and levels in Loudoun County and the Washington Metro region.

WIBA is dedicated to:

  • Giving women the opportunity to make connections that enable business growth 
  • Providing resources for women to learn and improve business skills
  • Helping women and young people become business leaders
