ABOUT THE PRESENTER:
Joshua E. Hummer, Esq. has been practicing law in the Northern Virginia area for over fifteen years. Early in his career Josh discovered his passion for estate planning and elder law. Several years ago he established his firm, where he practices Relational Estate Planning. This process goes above and beyond drafting legal documents, helping his clients envision and create end-of-life plans that prioritize their most important relationships. He also works with families and individuals to guide and advocate for them on issues including but not limited to Medicaid, incapacity and abuse.  He recently co-authored a book, “Fearless: Facing the Future Confidently with Relational Estate Planning”.
