About the Speaker
Marlo Thomas Watson is the Founder, President, and Chief Engagement Officer of The Marlo Companies, a People Development Consulting Firm, and the Principal Coach for The Infinity Coaching Group.

Marlo is a Professional Certified Coach and an Associate Diversity Coach as well as Certified Change Management Professional. She is known for her ability to create transformative change and be a bridge builder within the community. She facilitates difficult conversations, helps her clients navigate through difficult meetings, supports building bridges across dimensions of diversity, provides individual and team development, and so much more in support of All Things People!
