A Strategic Workshop for Nonprofits
This comprehensive and interactive workshop is designed to redefine cybersecurity’s role within your organization. During the event, we will unravel how effective cybersecurity transcends defense and attack prevention but emerges as a fundamental pillar for building trust and enhancing your nonprofit’s value.
You’ll gain insights into practical, tailored strategies to safeguard sensitive data and defend your mission while reinforcing the confidence and trust of the donors, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
Leave the workshop armed and ready to act, equipped with a powerful arsenal of tools to transform cybersecurity from a technical routine into a significant strategic advantage. This will not only empower your nonprofit locally but also prepare you to make an impact on the global stage.
Who should attend?
We recommend participation from diverse roles within the organization, including but not limited to:
- Strategic Decision-Makers: Leaders and policymakers, such as board members or executive directors, who guide the overall strategic direction of the nonprofit and have access to high-level, sensitive organizational data and long-term plans
- Program Implementation Staff: Individuals responsible for supervising staff members and volunteers and for ensuring the execution of day-to-day activities and programs. They typically have access to sensitive program-related data, including beneficiary information and program outcomes.
- General Staff Members/Employees: Those who interact with organizational systems and data while executing operational programs. Their access may include sensitive internal documents, operational data, and private information pertinent to their specific roles.
- Please Note: This is an interactive workshop and it’s recommended that participants bring a fully charged device (such as a laptop or tablet) to the event.
