Ambassador Council Spotlight: Susan Banville

Thank you to Susan Banville, of Embrace Home Loans, for your dedication to the Ambassador Council!

What is your favorite part of being an Ambassador?

I LOVE helping and supporting local and family-owned Loudoun County businesses. I feel like I’m making a difference in their success

What makes your business unique in your industry?

As a Senior Loan Officer, I’m able to create the joy/opportunity of Home Ownership for First Time Home Buyers, Veterans, Self-Employed, Move-Up Buyers…

Given I’m licensed in 11 states (DC, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, PA, SC, TN, VA & WV), I’ve also been able to help those moving out of NOVA or members/family purchasing 2nd/investment homes. I also help refinance many clients creating better financial situations, helping with home improvements, and increasing home values.

How has Chamber membership benefited your business?

I’ve met SOOO many wonderful members who appreciate my passion for helping and supporting other members who refer me to their clients, family, and friends.

What is your single best piece of advice to new Members so that they can take full advantage of their membership?

Get involved! Focus on how you can help others. Members will see your genuine nature and give back as well.

What do you like about doing business here in Loudoun County?

Growing up on a horse farm near Middleburg, my roots are here.

Even though Loudoun has grown over the years, the people are phenomenal! They are so genuine, always looking out for others, and supporting this community.
