Ambassador Council Spotlight: Tim Davis

Thank you to Tim Davis of John Marshall Bank for all you do as a Chamber Ambassador!

What inspired you to become a Loudoun Chamber Ambassador Council Member?

I enjoy helping new Chamber members get acclimated and find the best ways to get involved.

How does your business contribute to the local Loudoun community?

As a community bank, we give back throughout the year financially and with our time in support of the non-profit community. We also provide financing to help local companies start, grow, and expand in the Loudoun area.

What is one memorable connection or experience you’ve had through the Chamber?

I got involved with the Chamber through what I do at John Marshall Bank. However, along the way, I’ve made great connections with local professionals that have been a great value add in my personal life.

What advice would you give to someone looking to grow their network in Loudoun County?

Get involved with the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce!

I always recommend that people spend time going to a lot of different events, but then take a moment to step back and reflect on where they believe their time is best spent. Then, dive deeper and take time to build meaningful relationships.

How has being an Ambassador helped you grow personally or professionally?

As an Ambassador we attend a lot of the ribbon cutting events hosted by the Chamber. This has allowed me to meet a lot of great business owners across the County that I would not have had the opportunity to get to know.

What is one event or program hosted by the Loudoun Chamber that you never miss and why?

I always try to make it out to the PolicyMaker Series Events.

The Public Policy Committee always puts on amazing events around topics that impact everyone within the Loudoun community.
