Ambassadors Council Spotlight: Colleen Lovelace 2025

Thank you to Colleen Lovelace, co-founder of Lighthouse Mental Health Network, for your service on the Ambassadors Council!

What is your favorite part of being an Ambassador?

I truly enjoy my other Ambassadors, the camaraderie, energy, and support.

I love meeting my new mentee each month, supporting their journey as a new Loudoun Chamber member, and seeing them engage and reap the benefits of this Chamber.

What makes your business unique in your industry?

Lighthouse Mental Health Network supports mental health in our area, connecting high-quality mental health professionals who want to give of their time and members of our community in search of mental health support.

How has Chamber membership benefited your business?

We have gained a supportive framework for our business, sponsors, and donors.

What is your best advice to new Members, so they can take full advantage of their membership?

My best suggestions are:

  • Use your free resource – your Ambassador. Allow your Ambassador to listen and give you insight and wisdom about how best to get engaged within the Chamber.
  • Use the Loudoun Chamber Directory to find organizations you want to meet or pair with, organizations that are also in your “swim lane,” and organizations that fit a need you might have (dentist, house painter, chiropractor, etc.)
  • Join a Committee or LeadShare for connections

What do you like about doing business here in Loudoun County?

I have lived in Loudoun County for over 30 years (lived in NoVA all my life). For me, Loudoun County is unique in its committed support and reverence for its nonprofits.
