Essential Life Saving Techniques

These life-saving techniques can make all the difference in emergency situations, where every second counts. I-CARE Home Health Care has partnered with GO CPR NOW!! to provide high quality adult and infant CPR, AED training & First Aid Classes for both everyday people and healthcare providers.

Learning how to use these techniques and training in real-life simulations can prepare individuals to efficiently respond to medical emergencies, potentially save lives, and make a difference in their community.

CPR Training

CPR or cardiopulmonary resuscitation can maintain blood circulation and oxygenation of the brain during a cardiac arrest, a situation that could lead to irreversible brain damage or death.

First Aid Training

First Aid is the immediate medical attention given to an injured or ill person before professional medical help arrives.

AED Training

 An AED or automated external defibrillator is a life-saving device that can bring back a person’s normal heart rhythm after experiencing a sudden cardiac arrest.

CPR, AED & First Aide Training Classes are held every 2nd and 3rd Saturday of the month from 9:30am-12:30pm. Invite your family and friends to register with you so that the everyone around you will learn these life saving techniques.

Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards
