Explore the Role Identity Plays in the work of Inclusion and Belonging
The Loudoun Chamber’s Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility Committee is proud to present the first installment of the DEIA Cultural Awareness Workshop series on “Identity.”
In this 1.5-hour session, you will learn two foundational resilience skills to support the exploration of your Identity and the role it plays in how you interact with difference. This interactive workshop will be led by Lisa Williams of To Learn Just Notice Consulting and will include individual reflection, partner work, and small and large group discussions.
You will leave the session more informed on the following:
- Understand the role nervous system regulation plays in how we interact with one another – take away 2 foundational skills,
- Better understanding identity theory and its role in Inclusion and Belonging work,
- Explore your own social identity to improve your ability to work across differences.

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 57th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on January 24, 2025. We honored top community leaders and celebrated the success of the 2024 Board of Directors Chair, Angela Mitchell, owner of ARM Consulting LLC.
