It is my pleasure to invite you to the Grand Re-Opening and Ribbon Cutting Celebration for Pollo Campeon (or “Champion Chicken”) on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 5:00pm, located at 46950 Community Plaza, Suite 122, Sterling, VA 20164. (Ribbon Cutting will take place at 5:15pm) Pollo Campeon (or “Champion Chicken!”) is more than a menu featuring chicken at a local restaurant. It is a visit to Peru! Purchased by two Hispanic immigrants and friends, Maxime and Manuel, the culinary adventure began in May 2022. After acquiring the restaurant, the friends proceeded to refurbish and update the menu, the furniture, and the overall environment to a familiar and warm, friendly atmosphere, reminiscent of a restaurant in Peru. The secret to the new restaurant’s success is their Pollo a la Brasa (Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken). After your first bite and taste of the secret recipe, you’ll immediately be reminded of the “old country back home in Peru” and be filled with delicious memories. Ceviche, Aji de Gallina, Papa a la Huancahina, and Lomo Saltado are just a few of the classic Peruvian dishes on the menu. Pollo Campeon offers daily menus that include an appetizer, entree, and a beverage. Pollo Campeon provides family-style food and service with both dine-in and takeout options. Catering is also available for small and large events, as well as for business meetings. Delivery to your place of business is available within 10 miles.
