Excelsior Orthodontics is a privately owned small business startup dental office specializing in exclusively orthodontic care (Braces, Spark Aligners) for patients of all ages in the heart of Western Loudoun County of Purcellville, VA. We pride ourselves in being open and transparent with patients focusing on one-on-one patient care. We believe in helping patients fulfill their maximum potential in all aspects of their lives and that an optimal smile can propel patients to the next level of confidence. Excelsior is Latin means Ever-upward and Stan Lee’s personal motto.
At Excelsior Orthodontics we try to improve the patient experience each single day. Excelsior Orthodontics is owned by Dr. Minh Nguyen, Loudoun County local from Sterling, VA. He’s a former high school football player, substitute teacher, and high school football coach in Loudoun County. After over a dozen years of school and specialty training, he’s very excited to return to his home county. This state-of-the-art facility was built with immaculate attention to detail for the patient experience as well as team members. He looks forward to being a future leader in the community.

Excelsior Orthodontics is located on the ground unit of Valley Medical Building by the BFC. There is plenty of parking available and the easiest access to the office is parking at the back of the building and entering on the ground floor.

The Loudoun Chamber celebrated its 57th Annual Meeting & Community Leadership Awards on January 24, 2025. We honored top community leaders and celebrated the success of the 2024 Board of Directors Chair, Angela Mitchell, owner of ARM Consulting LLC.
