What does it mean to Shred?
In 2019 The Pulse developed “The Shred,” a video series focused on providing a forum to identify stressor points plaguing the Government Contracting industry. In this live version of this very successful series, we will provide actionable suggestions to improve your company’s B2G positionality.
The unique feature of this podcast series is our forum-style events where we pull on the topic threads of the video. During this unique event, our participants will recommend topic threads most pertinent to preparing their companies to win more business in Q4.
Please have your phone ready as our entire audience will be collaborating through a Miro Board on the following topics:
- BD/Marketing: People, processes, and tools to ensure your Government customer knows who you are.
- Accessing Opportunities: Tips and tricks to identify pipeline opportunities before they hit the streets.
- How to be a good partner: The pros and cons of attacking a bid together and how to ensure your firm is made whole.
- Proposal Best Practices: From shredding the RFP to developing written content – how do you stay ahead of the proposal curve?
