Mr. Learned is a founding Partner with the law firm McMahon, Welch and Learned, PLLC. Mr. Learned’s practice focuses on advising clients on general corporate and securities matters, including company formation and governance, buy-sell agreements, operating and stockholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, and more. Mr. Learned has extensive experience working with emerging growth companies, particularly information technology and other professional service providers in both the commercial and federal spaces. Mr. Learned received his undergraduate degree from The George Washington University and his law degree from the University of Chicago Law School. He is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia, New York and Virginia.
Peter Fish, Partner, McMahon, Welch and Learned PLLC
Mr. Fish is a partner at McMahon, Welch and Learned, PLLC. Mr. Fish’s practice is focused on assisting clients in a broad variety of issues from general to corporate matters, debt and equity financings, loans and other types of credit agreements, mergers and acquisitions, certifications and qualification for participation in small and disadvantaged business programs administered by the U.S. Small Business Administration, review and drafting of teaming agreements, subcontracts, joint ventures, and mentor protégé agreements as well as handling commercial lease negotiations, contracts disputes, general employment matters, claims, requests for equitable adjustment and bid protests. Mr. Fish received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Virginia and has over thirty years of professional experience balanced between law firm practice and serving as in-house counsel for public sector contractors.
