Pamela Jones, Associate Broker, Long & Foster REALTORS. Since 1983 Pam has been immersed in her career as a real estate agent and, for a time, managing broker for four Northern Virginia firms. In 2002 she began her membership in the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and has employed her considerable sales knowledge to generate a robust book of business through that affiliation. Pam has served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of the Loudoun Chamber, is a former Director for the Loudoun First Responders Foundation Board, and currently serves as Secretary to the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Oatlands Historic House and Gardens.

Pamela will have a two part discussion during this workshop that will begin with focusing on Communication Skills and Secrets and will conclude with an Evaluation Plan of Results.
