Shaping Loudoun’s Workforce of Tomorrow
On February 28th, the Loudoun Chamber of Commerce will bring together key leaders from education and business to discuss how local organizations are shaping Loudoun’s future workforce.
Join us for the next event in our 2025 PolicyMaker Series, featuring Dr. Michael Grubbs, Director of Career, Technical, and Adult Education at Loudoun County Public Schools, and Dr. Bill Hazel, CEO of Claude Moore Opportunities. Both will share how their organizations are advancing college and career readiness, particularly for students pursuing alternatives to a four-year degree.
The event will also feature a panel discussion with local businesses investing in employee training to equip their teams with the skills they need to succeed in an evolving economy.
Directions: The event is located at the Belmont Country Club Clubhouse – use the front gate from Russell Branch Pkwy (across from Whole Foods shopping center) to enter the Country Club and let the security guard know that you’re attending the Chamber event. After entering the main gate, turn right at the roundabout and then follow the road up to the Manor/Clubhouse. Park wherever you would like. The event is in the upstairs ballroom.

In the Summer of 2025, the Annual Chamber Classic will be held at The Club at Creighton Farms. This event has been Loudoun County’s premier business golf tournament for over four decades. Small Business Awards
For 30 years, the Loudoun Small Business Awards have been the most prestigious honors celebrating our Loudoun community’s best small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations.
