Danelle Hayer serves as the small business and entrepreneurship manager for Loudoun Economic Development. She focuses on strengthening and growing the entrepreneurial ecosystem in one of the country’s most successful tech communities while working with strategic partners to promote business engagement and success. Danelle has more than 18 years of marketing, sales and business development experience across public and private sector industries. Danelle holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology and a master’s degree in business administration from Frostburg State University. Outside of the office, she is an avid Nationals fan and NASCAR enthusiast.
