WEBINAR - Business Women of Loudoun: Collaboration vs. Competition

Collaboration vs. Competition: Winning at Business and Life

This webinar is designed for women leaders, entrepreneurs, local officials and business owners who want to find ways to work collaboratively with other women.

In this current politically divided time in our nation and in our state, we believe that women are the heart and soul of how we will come together and work together across policy differences, partisanship, and racial divides.

Many of us as women leaders are used to going it alone in our companies, government sector and industry jobs, as well as in our own small businesses. Now that so many women are working from home, homeschooling their kids, hosting several video and audio conference calls all day, and trying to adjust to this new not normal, we need a strategy to get it all done, and keep it all together. And most importantly, work together.

Two of our members: Award winning author of “The Woman Code: 20 Powerful Keys to Unlock Your Life,” Sophia A. Nelson and Jennifer Breaux, owner of Breaux Vineyards, have combined their brands to create a new line of wines “Wine for the Woman’s Soul” and a book club to help women thrive in every aspect of their lives. They will jointly host this webinar to touch on some key tools for effective collaboration and communication.

This webinar is about embracing the time tested tools of connection, collaboration, sisterhood, and success to help us expand and grow our businesses by working with other like minded women.

About the Speakers: Sophia A. Nelson, Esq. is an Award Winning Author, Fortune 500 Corporate Trainer, Small Business owner in Loudoun County, and a CNN Legal and Political Analyst. Jennifer Breaux is an award winning wine developer, and owner of Breaux Vineyards.
