How To Make Your Voice Heard: Loudoun Data Centers

Step 1: Visit the “About Board of Supervisors Meetings” page on the Loudoun County website.

Step 2: Scroll down until you see the “First Tuesday Business Meeting” and “Third Tuesday Business Meeting” sections.

Both of the Board Meetings allow for Public Comment on any topic at 6 p.m.

Step 3: Sign-up for a speaking slot for either meeting by calling the day prior.

• To speak at the 5 p.m. slot, call 703-777-0200 to sign up in advance. The deadline to sign up is 5:00 p.m. the day prior to the meeting.
  • We recommend signing up earlier than later. The 5 p.m. speaking slot allows up to eight speakers for two and a half minutes each.
• To speak at the 6 p.m. slot, call 703-777-0200 to sign up in advance. The deadline to sign up in advance is noon on the day of the meeting.
  • The 6 p.m. speaking slot is open to speakers on a first come, first serve basis, two and a half minutes each.
