Why does LeadShare work for you and your group’s members?
Leadshare works for us because we have invested the time in building strong relationships with one another so that we can confidently refer business to one another. The members of our group know that when they refer a client, colleague, friend, or even family to someone in our group they will be taken care of.
What makes your LeadShare group so special?
What makes our group special is that we prioritize the performance of the group while simultaneously encouraging members to develop personal relationships with one another. Growing personal relationships allows the members of the group to become even more invested in the success of one another’s businesses. When people come to visit us, they almost always comment on the energy in the room and that is because we are all truly excited to be there and see one another. Attending Leadshare meetings isn’t something we have to do, it’s something we want to do.
Besides access to new business leads, how do your members benefit from LeadShare?
Our members benefit from the support and encouragement of the other members of our group. For example, if someone has a specific struggle in their business, they know they can turn to members of the group for advice. When someone has a specific cause that is important to them, they know they can turn to members of the group to support their cause. Often we see members of the group bringing a marketing event idea to the group and working together to cobrand. While supporting one another with leads is always great, the support we receive from the group in other ways is just as impactful.
Are there any industries not represented in your group that you are looking to fill?
Yes! While we are open to a variety of businesses that aren’t yet represented in our group, we are actively looking for a property insurance agent, CPA, and bookkeeper.
How has your involvement as a Leader within LeadShare benefited you personally, and your business?
Being a leader within LeadShare has forced me to develop my own personal leadership skills which has without a doubt been beneficial in many other aspects of my life, including my business. As a Realtor, although I have an office full of agents, we all work independently. Being involved in LOCO Leadshare has provided me with an opportunity to build my team of trusted partners. Most importantly, I know that when I refer a client to a member of the group, they will be taken care of with the same level of service I provide and they will always make me look good! This is invaluable in my business.
