Celebrate Your Milestones with the Loudoun Chamber

Whether you’re hosting a special event, holding a groundbreaking ceremony or celebrating a grand opening, the Loudoun Chamber has options to help you get your message out. Please see details below to select the option that works best for you!

Ribbon Cutting Packages

The following items are included in the cost of your ribbon cutting or anniversary celebration. Fees must be paid before event.

Criteria:

  • Be a new business to Loudoun, for less than one year.
  • Be a new member of the Loudoun Chamber.
  • Be a new owner of a Loudoun Chamber business.
  • Celebrating a milestone anniversary (5-year increments)
  • Opening a new location of an existing business

Note: Premium Packages are FREE for businesses who have been Chamber members for 5 consecutive years and for members who have an annual Chamber investment greater than $1,000.

Standard Package | $150 Loudoun Chamber members | $375 non-members

  1. Ribbon and ceremony scissors.
  2. Event promoted on the Chamber’s online Community Calendar.
  3. A member of the Chamber Leadership will provide congratulatory remarks.
  4. Invitations sent to Chamber Ambassadors.
  5. Invitations sent to local elected officials.
  6. Chamber photographer and access to all photos.
  7. Congratulatory post on the Chamber’s Facebook page.

Premium Package | $200 Loudoun Chamber Members | $500 non-members (in addition to features of Standard package)

  1. Biodegradable confetti popper
  2. Event coordination, including developing agenda, and support from Chamber Ambassadors.
  3. Ceremonial plaque commemorating this special day for your business/nonprofit.
  4. Congratulatory posts on two social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) with a combined following of 16k.
  5. Invitation sent to Chamber’s Board of Directors and Staff (74 guests).
  6. Event promoted in advance in the weekly eNews newsletter (9,000+ subscribers).
  7. Local media list provided.

Scheduling 

Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., subject to availability. Please provide three prospective dates. Minimum three weeks advance notice from the date of the event.
